Lou Munts, chief author of the divorce reform proposal
supported by the WCLU.
Law and Psychiatry Committee: A presentation by Dr. Edward Ben
Elson, inventor of "the Pliskatron Negative Ionization
Machine, the cure for schizophrenia".
Children's Rights: A panel discussion featuring Rep. Peter Tropman
and other members of the committee on "A Civil Liberties
Legislative Package on Youth Issues."
Privacy Committee: A presentation by committee members on privacy
matters involved in legislation, with a discussion led by
Rep. David Clarenbach who is sheperding a privacy bill
through the legislature.
Prisoner's Rights: A presentation by committee members on the
status of prisoner's rights in the Wisconsin penal system.
