As chair of the Long Range Planning Committee of the Unified Services Board, Kathleen Nichols was an architect of these programs. Now, Kathleen will lead the same fight to improve services to kids, families, and the elderly. As chair of the Human Services Futures Committee, she is working to ensure the best care for our needy citizens as Dane County heads into the 1990s.
